• We have worked with and known the McKee family for over forty years. During this period of time, we have had the pleasure of working with them on constructing a new office building, multiple remodeling projects, and real estate transactions. I can personally say that no one will work harder or treat you more fairly than the McKee family. I would recommend their company to anyone that is looking to build or remodel any type of project. Vince has been extremely helpful and guided our new Milwaukee office to perfection. We could not be happier with the results and work we have received. Since we are a family business also, we appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and the personal service that we have received over the past forty years.
• McKee Associates, Inc has been great to work with from the beginning of design to the bidding and constructing of our Public Services Storage Building. During the design process, Vince would bring in sample of materials and was very helpful with construction aspects of things that we could do or shouldn’t do. During the bidding process, Vince was able to get very competitive bids and get a good bid for us. During the construction phase we came into some unforeseen site issues and Vince and the construction manager were able to walk us through the details and find a remedy that was cost effective. The construction process was easy, and the quality of work was great. We love our new storage building.
• “In spring of 2016 the Columbus Historic Landmarks & Preservation Commission awarded McKee Associates the remodeling contract for some very important improvements to our 100 year old Historic Firemans’ Park Pavilion. The addition of a new elevator, 2 new ADA bathrooms on the 2nd floor, and a full remodel of the existing bathrooms were all on the projects list. As president of CHLPC, I got the pleasure of working with McKee Associates, and their sub-contractors from start to finish on the project. Weekly meetings and good communication by McKee was appreciated, and key in the success of our project. They did an amazing job of making the new additions blend beautifully within the 100 year old structure by repurposing the old wainscoting and tin ceilings. McKee Associates and their subcontractors were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Punch list items were taken care of in a very timely manner and they stood behind their work. We would definitely appreciate the opportunity to work with McKee Associates on future projects for the City of Columbus.”
• “McKee Associates Inc was awarded the Fischer Senior Center Project in the Village of Lake Delton. This was a renovation with an addition. All of the personnel were great and would take the time to listen to concerns of the Village. From the time the bid was awarded to McKee, until the end of the project they proved to be superior in their workmanship as well as their coordinating and scheduling of subcontractors. By the time one phase of the project was completed, they had already scheduled for the next phase. There actually was never any lag time. We were very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with McKee Associates Inc and would highly recommend them.”
