Each and every project has its own unique set of goals, location challenges, specialized end use, and most importantly, budget. We put each project team together with those attributes in mind, using architects and engineers who are best suited to address those issues, all while keeping the clients’ desires for architectural style, design, and budget in mind. We believe it is essential to design something that is cost-effective to build and meets the budget established during pre-construction.  We also use our years of experience and history of working with municipalities to identify what design aspects will be important to the local government for final approvals so the project can move forward.

We have worked with and known the McKee family for over forty years. During this period of time, we have had the pleasure of working with them on constructing a new office building, multiple remodeling projects, and real estate transactions. I can personally say that no one will work harder or treat you more fairly than the McKee family. I would recommend their company to anyone that is looking to build or remodel any type of project. McKee Associates, Inc has been great to work with from the beginning of design to the bidding and constructing of our Public Services Storage Building. During the design process, Vince would bring in sample of materials and was very helpful with construction aspects of things that we could do or shouldn’t do. During the bidding process, Vince was able to get very competitive bids and get a good bid for us. During the construction phase we came into some unforeseen site issues and Vince and the construction manager were able to walk us through the details and find a remedy that was cost effective. “In spring of 2016 the Columbus Historic Landmarks & Preservation Commission awarded McKee Associates the remodeling contract for some very important improvements to our 100 year old Historic Firemans’ Park Pavilion.
