McKee Associates has completed two projects for L’eft Bank Wine. The first was the design/build of this custom steel building which included climate control (of both temperature and humidity) for the warehousing of their wine inventory, as well as the office space necessary for the operations of the business. The second project was an addition to the climate controlled warehouse space as well as a relocation of loading dock to the new addition.

Village of Shorewood Hills, WI – Madison, WI

This cold storage building was constructed for the Village of Shorewood Hills Police Department and Public Works Department. Features include a clear span structure, secure lock-up space, mezzanine for added storage, and floor trench drain, along with a CO2 detection system.

DeForest Public Works – DeForest, WI

With an expanding service area, the Village of DeForest was in need of new space for its Public Works fleet of vehicles. Along with interior heated storage, the building includes restroom facilities, trench drains, exterior covered storage, and exterior open yard space.

This 1,000-ton salt storage building more than triples the Village of DeForest’s storage capacity of winter road salt. Through an open design-build process the Village was able to upgrade from an all-wood building structure to this concrete structure for no additional cost. This upgrade will provide many years of additional maintenance-free usability.

Conservancy Place Athletic Complex Storage Building- DeForest, WI

This building was constructed to support the youth athletic complex. With separate storage areas for grounds maintenance equipment, softball equipment, and football equipment. Also, included are exterior storage bunkers for storage of bulk quantities of topsoil, fertilizers, and infield aggregate material.

We have worked with and known the McKee family for over forty years. During this period of time, we have had the pleasure of working with them on constructing a new office building, multiple remodeling projects, and real estate transactions. I can personally say that no one will work harder or treat you more fairly than the McKee family. I would recommend their company to anyone that is looking to build or remodel any type of project. McKee Associates, Inc has been great to work with from the beginning of design to the bidding and constructing of our Public Services Storage Building. During the design process, Vince would bring in sample of materials and was very helpful with construction aspects of things that we could do or shouldn’t do. During the construction phase we came into some unforeseen site issues and Vince and the construction manager were able to walk us through the details and find a remedy that was cost effective.
