This design/build office suite build-out incorporated the tenants’ request to provide natural daylight to each interior room. This was accomplished through the use of custom glass transoms with matching wood trim detailing.

The owner’s request for this design/build office suite was to provide a refined finished space with an industrial feel. We completed this with the use of a black acoustical ceiling, natural finish materials and industrial furnishings.

Wisconsin Builders Association – Madison, WI

This design/build tenant improvement in a multi-story building in Madison was for the new headquarters for the Wisconsin Builders Association. This project included the latest in LED DELighting along with lighting control based on the occupied use of the office. It also entailed scheduled use of the elevators to complete the space, with the goal of no disruptions for the building’s other tenants.

We have worked with and known the McKee family for over forty years. McKee Associates, Inc has been great to work with from the beginning of design to the bidding and constructing of our Public Services Storage Building. During the design process, Vince would bring in sample of materials and was very helpful with construction aspects of things that we could do or shouldn’t do. During the bidding process, Vince was able to get very competitive bids and get a good bid for us. During the construction phase we came into some unforeseen site issues and Vince and the construction manager were able to walk us through the details and find a remedy that was cost effective.
